- Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after being placed. On weekdays, this usually takes one working day. However, orders placed on Friday evenings or during the weekend may take slightly longer to process.
- Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched. Delivery takes an average of 8–12 working days. Placing an order
The ordering process at James Dublin has been designed to be as simple as possible. First, go to the relevant product page and add the item you would like to purchase to your basket by clicking the black “Add to cart” button. At this stage, please check that you have selected the correct options and variants.
Once everything is correct, click “Proceed to checkout”. On the information page, enter your complete delivery address. Please make sure that all the information provided is correct before clicking “Continue to shipping”.
On the shipping page, you can review the address details you have provided. Please note that all deliveries are completely free of charge. As a token of our appreciation for our customers, we always cover all shipping and delivery costs.
You can then click “Continue to payment”. During the payment stage, you can choose from several payment methods. All payment options on our website are protected by SSL encryption, so you can shop with confidence in a secure payment environment.
Once you have selected your preferred payment method, click “Complete order”. You will then be redirected to your chosen payment provider.
